Great job gentlemen!!!
Just to side step the thread a little.....about 30 years ago a small business started in town (Tamworth) selling steel. They sourced down grade/second hand steel, round pipe, RHS, heavy structural then sheet roofing. Their prices were VERY cheap so they got very popular quickly. You would tend to go in for product A and come away with bits of B, C, and ....etc
Well the up shot of it all is that 30 plus years later sheds on rural properties are sporting nice colorbonded sheds of all shapes and sizes to the detriment of old wooden structures that have been pulled down. As I said before one could name one bloke for the change in our Australian country side ( well here anyway)Just do it!
Kind regards Rod

Well, you see I was at the counter ordering the stuff, but my mind was partially elsewhere. The roster for the forum stand at the show had just been posted, and I was marvelling at fletty's wondrous consideration by rostering me in a different time slot to you.
Simple really.

Nearly missed my cue:
"If it was anyone else I would say doesn't it really matter what happens on the inside of your shed rather than what the outside looks like?"

Well the insulation has made a huge winter difference. I was down there until almost 8 o'clock tonight and didn't turn the heater on. I did have the vac going for a while during the sanding for about 40 minutes, so that pumps out warm air of course, but even so I would still normally have had the heater on.

Brett, you can install insulation in the walls and floor for even better working conditions.

I would think some sort of floor insulation would be a very good idea where Brett lives.

The walls are already insulated with 70mm polystyrofoam (one section is missing, and I might pout some leftover batts in there (on the southern wall). The floor is very close to the earth/fill with no room for insulation at all, but I don't think there would be much benefit either - the earth is the insulation. However, for the extension this will be different as it will be between 900-1300 of the ground.
