    Default Wheels

Daughter doing Elec engineering at uni wanted some wheels for a robot.
75 mm dia. The axle is a pilot hole as the steppers have not arrived yet.
Inner and outer views. Has not been sanded yet.
<This thread started out under CNC as that is what I used but moved here as more fitting>

They look excellent David. I did some for someone very similar to those on a scrollsaw so I know whats involved, certainly a lot easier with a CNC machine.
Are you taking orders??? I foung a sanding mop was good for cleaning them.

    G'Day David,
While you have cut a couple of beautiful wooden wheels with your CNC machine they are more like "toymakers wooden wheels" and deserve a thread in the toymaking section ...Cheers, crowie

?? I am not sure yet but there is an Arduino, Sonar boards, little steppers, other things?.
So far I have made a prototyping base for testing her ideas.
I do the hardware as requested, my daughter is doing the rest.
