At the moment we are paying US$ 4.50 per gallon for fuel here.
Its actually A$1.35 per litre.
How much are you paying?

Hey Oz,
Maybe you could persuade your yard wetters to go an P*** on Terry's lawn; that'd kill it back a bit eh !
Cheers!

Thats a nice piece but the guy selling it always has a high start price & a lot of his auctions go without a bid.

Pat,
At that price not only would you get either the LN or LV new there should be enough left over to take the Dragon (or is that SWMBO) out for tea as a special thankyou.

I don't know how this seller ever racked up over 2000 sales. Every thing they offer is way way over priced!

I think that the price is still quite LOW. Yes, that's right, low. Remember, this is a more of a collector's plane, although I use mine quite a bit and love it. On the other hand, I restored mine and it is not a collector quality.
See: http://www.woodworkforums.ubeaut.com...ad.php?t=12351
But I agree with you, at that price I would rather buy the LV LA Jack for daily use (see that thread).

Bob, given the day you have had, I'll forgive the inadvertant thread highjack attempt - I think you replied to the wrong one. Go have a cool one and relax in the shed.
Derek, it may be a "collector" but . . . each to their own, I use all the tools I own to butcher wood! You don't see many 62's anywhere.Last edited by Pat; 11th September 2005 at 03:24 PM. Reason: Typo - Gumbuitis
