Enclosing in a Patio
Hi all
I am looking to fully enclose a patio (currently fully tiled) (5.7m x 3.8m) and to put in bi-folds which will eventually open onto a timber deck.
I know its a fairly open question, but can someone provide me with a starting point in terms of what material I should be looking to use and or if anyone has photos of a past job, that would be fantastic too.
I know the costs can vary as well, but if anyone has any previous experiece perhaps on an average cost that I would be looking at that would also be very helpful.
Regards
Pat

Like you say it is a pretty open question.
I have been designing Spanline additions which includes Screen Rooms< Glass Rooms and Patio Roofs. Have a look here http://www.spanline.com.au/asp/index.asp?pgid=10607
What I would need to know is do you want it just screened in or do you want it glassed in or solid walls? Insulated roof or what?
Are you going to build it yourself or get a builder bearing in mind you are in a cyclone area?
This is only a few of the questions like you say it is an open question.

Thanks Baz
I like the resort style enclosure, screened with bi-folds if that is possible.
Do they have a Spanline in Townsville?? I have heard of them before.
Thanks
