Question Best glue for a coffee mug handle

It's actually my wife's hot chocolate mug and she's had it since she was a girl. White china, with "Swanage - Made in England" on the bottom. Very sentimental... hence, can't really afford to experiment... Cheers

No real value in the makers name.

If it does mean that much then have it professionally restored. They can repair it so as you would never know it had been broken. Some of the more reputable antique dealers will know whose any good. Sounds like a great birthday present to me. If you plan to cheap out though epoxy is about the best. Don't go near CA it's crap for anything other than a temporary adhesive.
