Jacaranda available in Nambour
In Friday night's strong wind a Jacaranda tree has blown down on the corner of Coes Creek Rd and Judith St. The top has been removed from the road and stacked on the foot path no doubt to be collected on Monday morning.

I was thinking about driving through 'nam tomorrow anyway!
Are any of the chunks "station wagon" size David?

I did not stop to look but it varied in size about a metre in length I think, If you brought a chain saw I and asked the owner you could probably take your pick the trunk is still laying through his fence. I was going to have a closer look tomorrow PM
