    Default Is this a 60 1/2 or some thing else?

    I was looking throught the auctions and came across this plane described as a 60 1/2 it dosent look like one as seen on Patricks Blood and Gore site. Is it a modern one or something else

    Let's be clear; that is NOT a 60 1/2. You are right.

    It looks like the 60 1/2's half-brother from another continent ...

    ... and it looks nasty.

    GZ 605 (would that be 60.5?) available from Carbatec for $49.95, I had one briefly before trading it back for a Veritas.
    I intended to tune the beast but it was beyond all help, and that was brand new.
    Having said that it has several redeeming qualities such as: Paper weight, aanchor for very small boat, door stop for still days, missile for barking dogs or fornicating cats under bedroom window at 3.00am, et al.
