Is this a 60 1/2 or some thing else?
I was looking throught the auctions and came across this plane described as a 60 1/2 it dosent look like one as seen on Patricks Blood and Gore site. Is it a modern one or something else

Let's be clear; that is NOT a 60 1/2. You are right.
It looks like the 60 1/2's half-brother from another continent ...
... and it looks nasty.

GZ 605 (would that be 60.5?) available from Carbatec for $49.95, I had one briefly before trading it back for a Veritas.
I intended to tune the beast but it was beyond all help, and that was brand new.
Having said that it has several redeeming qualities such as: Paper weight, aanchor for very small boat, door stop for still days, missile for barking dogs or fornicating cats under bedroom window at 3.00am, et al.Stupidity kills. Absolute stupidity kills absolutely.
