Default Wiring up Start Switch to motor, 8" JET Jointer

    Hi

I recently purchased an 8" JET Jointer from the Canberra wood show, but didn't relaise I had to attach the wire's from the on/off switch to the motor. My problem is that it's not clear (to me) which wire goes to which terminal on the motor. Any help would be appreciated.

    thanks

I would think that the wires should have been connected before it was supplied to you.

I think you should contact the company you purchased it from and see what they say about it.

Legally it probably should be connected by an Electrician.

Ironwood is right. Contact the company that you brought it from. I would imagine any good dealer would fix the problem and in any case if you do it yourself you would void any warrantee for the machine.
Have a nice day - Cheers
