Mozambique mbira
Hi Jim
Nice work with your Kalimbas.
I will keep an eye out for windscreen wipers.
I still make some when someone wants one.
A friend just returned from Mozambique and brought me this mbira.
It is perfectly tuned and sounds great.Scally

I have no idea what they tune them to in Africa but I have always tuned mine in Minor Harmonic scales, it seems people just pick them up pluck a few keys and that scale really strike a chord with them.
