Decks built on H class soil.
Hello. I am going to be building a deck and the soil that the deck will be built on is rated 'H class' (Highly reactive). At this stage I am planning to have my stump holes 600mm deep and 300mm wide and spaced 1500mm x 1200mm. The deck height from the ground will range from 300mm to 500mm at the most. Are these measurements adequate for this class of soil?
