Default The Moose builds a Eureka Canoe.

The Moose from the USA has bought his plans from Duckworks and had started to build a Eureka.

This thread is for his story and pictures.

Welcome and Good Luck Moose! Any questions and we will all be glad to help!

BTW Moose - you are not supposed to mention how long Biting Midge is taking to finish his Eureka. It's almost done!!!! But ... alas.

    Best wishes
    Michael Storer

    Default The Moose

Thanks Mik, I would only be to happy to post here. Glad to see that the Eureka is alive and well and have no doubts that I'll be calling on everybody's expertise. Biting Midge, hope u get your's done before me, if by some strange coincident that I should get done before you think I'll take some time off and paddle my way across the big pond to see you. Have a good one.

    Howdy Moose,

I'm glad you didn't mind my little bit of media manipulation.

One place that might be useful for you building is this set of pics on Flickr

A very nicely put together series of pics.
