Where to sharpen dado blade set
I have an 8inch Freud dado set SD208 that needs sharpening. Can anyone please recommend an expert who does these reguarly?
My local professional sharpener is not sure how to do them. He thought that they all had to be mounted on a spindle and sharpened at the same time to get the correct blade diameter for all chippers and cutters, but that is a bit difficult as the teeth overlap. It is complicated with the outside cutters having a single sided bevel only (not alternating) and a flat tooth every third tooth, from memoryregards,

You need to find a sharpening business that has been in the game long enough to have had sharpened most items, it is not complicated just finicky, I can't recomend any one as I am in S.A. and I would do my own. I am sure some one on the forum will be able to recomend a more exprienced sharpening shop
