Steps down into a Cellar
Hi all,
Are there any plans available for the manufacture of a set of steps to go down into a cellar. I'm not sure what yet would be the best material to use? timber, aluminium etc.
The cellar is 4m longx3m wide x 2.1m high. Entrance is via a trap door that is hinged at the extremity , opens upward from floor level(my shed floor) and is placed in one corner with the longest edge running along the shed width (3m), the trap door is 1.8m longx 1.0mwide.
The original steps were constructed of 3/8" steel plate , heavy and unsightly.
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards,
Gary.
