Hi,
I'm presuming Central Coast is NSW.
I have a pricelist from BoatCraft Pacific at Loganholme QLD advertising 1.8mm Gaboon ply. They don't have a price for 1.8mm Hoop Pine Marine ply so a phonecall might not hurt. (07 38061944).

There have been a number of people in southern NSW and even Victoria who have found their prices are competitive with local even allowing for freight. That might be multi sheet orders though.
It is a very long time since I looked, but I thought the Hoop was available in 1.5mm but not 2.
Long time in this case is at least 10 years.
Michael.
