Photo Tree
Hi Guys, this weekends little project for a client in Normanton, carved family photo tree 900sq Silky Oak from 4 - 25mm thick planks doweled together so it can be pulled apart, posted to Normanton and she can reassemble and then glue it up. Still to have an edge groove routed in and then stained and finished.

Nice one Claw, your client should be really happy.
do you trust her to glue up without oozing all over the carving
what if the hokey pokey is really what it's all about?

Latest update almost done. It was her design I just refined it a bit. Minimal glue required and only if she realy wants to, it has two rails at the back that screw to each board that would hold it anyway. Glue and some clamps would just hide the joins a little more. Each photo hole has a small rebate on the back to take the photo and a plywood tear shape cover with one screw in the tear drop to make changing photos easier.
