congrats on the baby. that certainly does put a hold on projects.
i think i'm going to give it a go myself. i'll also post photos etc as i go.
off now to Bills Boards in Chatswood (which i read about on here) to check out wood costs etc)

Wow so much interested in a build in wardrobe. I will keep an eye out for this one as well. I do not have built in so can not say much but do like the idea of my own design.

ok my update is that i've paid my builder (cabinet maker/caprenter) to build them for me. no time as have 2 kids and wasnt getting anywhere (have been cement rendering and plastering walls, and painting furniture also)
so my 2 new wardrobes come on tuesday. they cost $3450 for both of them which is fantastic price. i got to design what i wanted and i know they'll be great. the person building them has done other work for us beofre and i've always been happy with it. don't know why i didnt do this in the first place! so copping out guys, good luck with it all.
