I agree with the seller that an inspection would be a good idea as the pictures don't really show too much.

Hi
I know that tool and cutter grinders in working condition are worth a mint , but with out a thorough going over this one could be iffy as it could be badly worn.

Looks like it in bits too , could be irreplaceable or impossible to get parts needed to get it going and to usable condition.
