Assuming that Triton can't help at present, your best bet may be Grizzly or an agent in the US. They supply the same machine into the US market under their brand, and are acknowledged as a source of moulder blades for the unit.
Given size and weight, shipping should not be prohibitive.

Carbatec used to sell this same machine under their brand. They may be able to assist you in getting replacement blades.

Hatman,
Can you let us know if you have had any luck with the blades.
I am thinking about buying either a TPT13 or TPT15 at the moment but I don't really want to go there if I am not going to be able to replace the blades either now or in the future.
Also, does anyone know if the blades for either of these machines are able to be sharpened?
Brushes are also of concern. Are they common or generic with any other electric motors/machines?
Any comments appreciated.

Any decent saw sharpener/maker would be able to machine you some blades.

If in northern suburbs try Northern Sharpening, Trade Place, Nth Coburg.
I don't know if they can make a set but certainly sharpen themTom

Thanks guys, I am in the most Northern of suburbs...Darwin. I am not sure if we possess a decent saw sharpener/maker. I guess if I had a set of blades I could ask around town and find out but I would have to buy the machine first. Therein lies the problem.

Thanks guys for your advice and info. I've already been told about Northern Machinery, and am getting a quote to have some made. The origional blades are double sided, but i would settle for a single sided equivalent if need be. I've also contacted Grizzly, and to order from them, it must be minimum of $200 US,so i think getting a few set made locally might be the best option.I only need to do one more project with my machine and then she's off to ebay. It's a great machine, and only 6 months old, and it's done everything i've needed, but is too noisy for constant use in a residential situation, so i'm looking to buy either a carbatec or HaF induction motor machine. If anyone is intersted in my TPT15, feel free to come and check it out. Thanks Chris

TPT15 Parts
Re TPT15 parts - blades etc.
Am in the process of ordering spare blades, moulding cutters and spare dust extraction fans from Grizzly in the US. They market the TPT15 under their brand as model G0477 15" planer. Only problem with getting parts from Grizzly is that they require you to order at least $200 worth and freight is not cheap, but a set of blades sell for approx $45 US plus freight.
