Hi Rattrap,
We certainly like it over here. We're not quite on the beach but a couple of k's inland on about 50 acres. Got a heap of english oak here some of which came down in that big blow last year. I hope to put some of that to use.

I hope they stopped those developers from building resorts etc
it would destroy the place
