Depends on a few things, whether the blanks are for yourself or for sale ,if for sale you will need the buy swap sell sub forum at the top of the listing , As to sizes you can make a slimline pen from 1/2 " square, but that is very tight and needs to be drilled very accurately. The normal blanks for sale are around 3/4 square and about 5 1/2 to 6" long. Some pens only have one blank sierras and so on so they can be a bit shorter depending on the kits. some single types need at least an 80mm length in one piece. Some of the bigger pens will take up to a one inch blank for some room to move in the preperation process. Other than that I am sure their are others who can add to this for you, have fun and enjoy ~ John
G'day all !Enjoy your stay !!!
