Anyone live around Bourke??
Hi Guys,
Sorry I've been so negligent lately in dropping by......doing post grad studies and its taking up more time than you could poke a hand turned stick at.
In a couple of weeks I'll be going to Bourke for a month. Anyone out there live in Bourke?
Cheers, Clare.

My family started off out the other side of Engonia.
They thought Bourke was the Big town.
No family left out there sorry.
If you go through Gularganbone, you can get a good coffee and conversation from a mate of mine, Jim. He and his wife have done up the old bank as a B&B and coffee shop.
It would be hard to miss. Probably the only place that has a coat of paint in recent years.
It is a good place once you get there. Nice dense timbers but a bit small.
Good country people.Scally

Thanks Scally- appreciate it. I think I might be heading further north than that but will see where I end up.
