Hi Tic Tac and welcome,
I cant say for sure as to brands but they both look of reasonable quality. I have a saw plainer combo that is similar to that made by esycut. I would think you'rs is Australian made and a good bit of kit. Some TLC and it should go for another lifetime. As for price I would not like to say. Check out similar items on ebay or trading post to see what they get. A very ballpark figure would be $200 ish for the lathe and $300 ish for the saw plainer. Markets are fickle things and it all gets down to what the punters are prepared to pay.
Good luck
John

dunno about the lathe...
the saw looks very much like a "Wellcome", the colours are right, the fittings all look very similar and the height adjustment is identical to my old contractors saw (inherited). Looks like the motor has been replaced
Wellcome made machinery in Farrars Street street south melbourne in the 1950s, and was owned by the Bienvenues.. hence the company name...
