Default Closed End Pen Mandrel - 7mm

On a bit of a bullet pen kick atm, found it a bit of pain to polish the shell and bullet after they were assembled and the tube soldered in.

Decided I needed a closed end pen mandrel to hold the 7mm tube.

Turned one up, milled some flat ends on it to take a 7mm spanner (to match the nut of the 4mm bolt running through it), then cut a slit in the end so it could expand.

Definitely not a very straight hacksaw cut! Have a slitting saw on order so the next one can be straight.

Holds the bullet like a charm, easy as to polish

Now I can turn closed end slimlines and streamlines as well, beauty.

Now to make one for a Cigar tube so I can make some Cigar bullet pens
