    Default couple of new pieces

here's some recent pieces I've been doing
and a couple of pressies I made for mates birthdays
    a red cedar bowlx2 thingy'
and the start of a figure piece.

what if the hokey pokey is really what it's all about?

    this one is about 700x500mm
kevin (the kookaburra) is there to give it scale

what if the hokey pokey is really what it's all about?

The bowlx2 thingy is beautiful. I'd very happily have that sitting in pride of place in my office.

    The face likewise.
I make things, I just take a long time.

This bowlx2 stuff is realy interesting Undy- makes me think how would it look like if there were several bowls- vertically situated , like clouds or something....

    Lovely pattable bowls.

Face looks like the terminator dropped it. But I like it. Very peaceful. Something about the giant size makes it even more peaceful. (Even with Kookaburra.)

I love your work! The swirly bowl is mesmerising and the fluffy man is inspired.

Hi, Underfoot, beautiful work! Just too clever. But then I wouldn't expect anything less from you.

Beautiful bowl Undi, and I've always loved those heads

What's the figure made from, timber or stone, it's a bit hard to tell from the photo (for my eyes anyway ).

That bowl Underfoot, beautiful stuff mate. Can't stop looking at it! Love it! So.....I don't know much about anything, did you carve that straight out of that lump of Red Cedar? What's a rough process in a project like that to get such a beautifully proportioned shape? I'm in awe bloke....great work

    Cheers,

    Will
