I have been searching for a place to buy V belts (Gates 5M710) for the AL50. I have sourced the belts from two suppliers: H&F for $26 or Pulleys in Rocklea for $29. Bearing Services, Consolidated Bearings, etc, can't help. I begrudge paying these prices for a belt of this size, has anyone else found a supplier for these belts at a reasonable price.

Take your od belts to this mob, they will match them up and they are good on prices,( no connection) just bought some belts a couple of times,

Get a link belt and your lathe will run smoother and quieter.
Pretty cheap on US Ebay.
