CEO Twist pen
I did a search for CEO and came up with nothing.
Do people make these?
Are they available in Australia (where?)

May sometimes be a longwood pen not sure, I have some "CEO " type kits ,look just like these . Good luck ! :) cheers john

The long wood (see here (http://043turning.com.au/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=254)) is different to the CEO twist (see here (http://043turning.com.au/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=168)) both of which are available form 043TURNING (http://www.043turning.com.au) along with a large variaty of other kits not normally available in Australia
