How do you get chilli/capsicum oil off your hands?

I've just made a big batch of harrisa (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harissa) and after peeling the chiilies/capsicum, my hands were covered in the residue. Scrubbing brush and soap leaves the hands smelling clean but if I put my fingers anywhere near the lips, I can still feel it - they were HOT chillies.
Next time I'll remember to wear gloves:burnt:

well capsaicin (http://www.chilliworld.com/chilli_FAQ.asp) soluble in fat, alcohol, benzene, ether, petroleum. Good luck.
I once soaked some birdseye chillies in some oil, then made fried rice with the oil. It was inedible. Though maybe if I left the seeds out it wouldhavebin okay

Be careful if you need to go to the toilet after making Chilli Sauces etc; as you will soon get snapped back to attention. LMAO
