I noticed yesterday that the track joiner for the makita tracksaw sp6000k says that it is suitable for both "Makita" and "Festool". I'm guessing that there might be a bit a rebadging going on there.

Im sure if you post this in the Festool forum you would of got a greater reaction from the Festool lovers.....make sure you dont give them your address as im sure they would make you pay for your comments:;

As they say, copying is the best form of flattery. I also noticed that it is also made in the UK. Not really interested in trolling. It also comes in a festool like systainer box - which its operation confused me - it took me 30 seconds or so to work out how to open it and then another 30 seconds on how to close it.
