Ad de Crom 11th September 2009, 08:20 PM Last may I put two rough turned maple bowls into a paper bag for drying.
Have now turned off the last.
Diameter 240mm, height 105mm, wallthickness about 12mm.
Finished with three layers of transparent acrylic water-based stain decoration.
Cheers, Ad

hughie 12th September 2009, 10:35 PM Ad, Not exactly my favourite timber . But you do a good job with shape and form.
It would be interesting to see what you might do with some highly figured timber .
cheers
