My latest project involves alot of complicated veneer work that requires alot of tape to be used, and im looking for a really simple way of removing the tape. I know about putting water on it to reactivate the glue in the tape but this never seems to work when I do it, the tape to stays stuck. Does anyone have any other ways of removing it?

I'm gonna ask the really obvious question........

If water dosnt remove it, their must be something wrong with it. Never been a problem with me:)

As he says Waston veneer tape,

Try laying damp paper towel on it and leave for a few minutes.

Should do the trick.

Kind Regards,

Frank

Noel, veneer tape is like a perferated paper and you moisten it and apply to the veneer, (normal masking is used first under the veneer) :)
