I have an old oak childs rocker. the wood has craks and it looks bad. is there any thing to put on the wood to fill the gaps in it. The doels look dry and shrunk up some i think it can be restored. my father who is now dead did an oak chair and it ended up looking like new. i was a child when he did it and i am now 63 so i do not know what he used. any suggestions?
