Hi All,

I usually do my tenons using workcentre and bevel ripping guide set at 90deg.

This was all good and well as most of my tenon pieces have been less than 1.5m in length. Now I need a 50mm tenon on a 2m piece and I dont think this method will be very stable. What do you recommend? Should I use the router table and make several passes?

thanks!

Sounds to me like an extension table purchase about to happen :D :D

:) Lucky for me I already have the extension table. I guess router table it is then. I've never cut tenons using this method. Any tips?

I think you got it in the original post - take it in several passes.
