Carba-Tec large front vice bolt pattern?

Has anyone bought one of the Carba-Tec large (10-1/2" - not the smaller 7") front vices? If so, can you tell me the mounting bolt pattern and screw/bars spacing please?

I also found this (http://www.leevalley.com/shopping/Instructions.aspx?p=44580) and this (http://www2.woodcraft.com/PDF/77A42.pdf) which appear to refer to the same vices.

I did a quick search for this vice in google also and found this (http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=fba55bc0ef3fb75ed28679e3716e974b). If it's not the very same it's very close to.

I wish I'd bothered to look before I made mine from scratch!
