Diplomat II

Black Titanium and Platinum Ballpoint completed with shredded Canadian Five Dollar pen blank.

Painted inside of the blank and the tube with Black Hi Temperature BBQ paint that has a Mat finish.

For the next one I will paint the blank and tube with silver/grey mat finish paint to see how it compare to the black.

Finished with 6 coats of Medium CA Only and polished with Huts Ultra Gloss.

As always comments and or suggestions appreciated.

Other money pen i have seen look overcrowded with the money where this pen I think has the right balance especially with the black background. I think using silver as a background would lose some of that depth but I may be wrong.

Is this a blank you made or did you buy it?

Have to agree on overcrowding :) I have ordered some new blanks with chinkier cuts of the cash so may be more visable what they are . :)

Nice pen and kit. I have done a few in cigars but I think its a bit overdone with a full pen ,the single tubes look much more balanced,and more economical as well hehe.
