Does anyone have any idea where to get a good wood lathe copier in Melbourne,
wanted for a basic flat bed one , Dont like the one at Carb e tec. Cheers Horse

try to check out the timbercom catldog they have 2 types and do interstate drops nd I reckon the winding one isnt too bad i checked it out a couple of shows ago cheers ww.waly

Stand in front of the lathe and learn to copy
It is not that hard and you get a better finish of your normal tools.
All copiers are scrapers so you still need to use your tools to fix them up.
Tea lady made a set of 3 legs at the kiewa turn and they were near perfect.

I would go with this as its the best advice by far and its only slow and hard in the very beginning
