I purchased some woodwork plans off the web via PDF download from an American company named WOODSTORE cost $8.95 us. I was wanting plans for a nightstand, frame and floating panel construction.
After opening the PDF file I was dissappointed to see that the project was not floating panels as I thought, and I emailed there contact address telling them of my predicament and they replied by return that they operate a moneyback satisfaction guarantee and were arranging a credit card refund.
So for future reference of forum members Woodstore is one company on the web offering plans with a decent returns policy.
