Hi All,
I'm looking to buy some vaneered plywood and haven't had much luck in obtaining any!
Anyone buying vaneered plywood? If so, where do you get your supply from and what is the condition and cost of the of the product?

Intrested in all supply outlets.

Thanks

Mike

All I have ever been able to buy is builders' grade plywood.
So I am wondering the same thing.
Cheers

Assume you mean with the veneer of your choice - expensive! The main manufacturer in Australia (Brims I think) closed down leaving only small boutique manufacture. Last time I checked caporn marine in Brookvale (Sydney) did it but being primarily a boat type place they did mostly teak and boatie type timbers to order. Seriously expensive! Mr Ply & Wood does a fijian cedar veneer on some boards which is somewhat similar to a very pale kalantis - you could buy a board and a vacuum bag set up and add your own veneer - a lot of trouble but way cheaper if you intend to do a lot of this.

Try Laminex Industries in your State - they sell a wide range
