View Full Version : Tenon Rounding Jig??

OK, I've seen how easy it is to make a squared tenon with a table saw or router table and a suitable jig. I've seen how easy it is to make a rounded mortice using the router table and a simple jig.
Who can please point me in the direction of the easiest way to accurately round your tenons to suit?

Wow, Barry that was quick...
It's not exactly what I was looking for but I'm sure the idea can be used with some adaption. I want to round the ends of rectangur tenons.
I will mull over the concept you linked me to and come up with something. I'll keep you posted.
