I make vacuum bent plywood stuff and use av syntec 203 urea formaldeyde at the moment, I'd rather use something less toxic which can bond under high vacuum, any suggestions? Thanks - Hoopy

Epoxy works well - Cant remember the brand off the top of my head, but Carbatec sell it, and its mixed 2:1. Not West system (though that may work well too). It's thicker than a liquid.

When you use it, spread it as thinly as possible on both surfaces. The vacuum bag still gives you a little bit of squeeze out.
