10 Bullet Pens

Got a call about lunchtime yesterday ,needed ten bullet pens before the weekend , bugger got none ready in stock of the type needed. (double bullets) ,onto the lathe to make 20 sleeves for aligning the nibs and soldering in the tubes ,drill out 20 casings then solder the tubes in ,sand and polish ready for powdercoating . started this morning with 2 more to sand and polish ,then set up for powdercoating .after that back on the lathe for a polish and then assembled ,all done by lunch time today, whew!! never know what you can do till you try :) Being picked up in the morning so just a quick flash piccy :). Also wanted boxes with company logo ,used decals lokk good as well hehe.

Just been picked up :) another bonus he bought a nice JR Victor in Vasticola Burl for himself, the bullets are promotional give- aways , ah well Off to the wood show in Brisbane this weekend so will give some money back lol. Cheers John
