I bought my dog some lamb liver and he almost inhaled it. But I buy him beef liver and he turn his nose up. He also wouldn't eat lamb kidney.
My stupid cats would rather the cheap crapola woollies dry cat food, except the mother who eats both the cow liver and the lamb kidneys.
Does anyone have any idea why this could be:?:?:?

Animals are the most stupid fussy eaters Ive ever come across.

Our cat has tried every brand and varity. Whats his lordship(T) eat dogs dry food the cheap stuff.

The dogs eat mainly raw chicken necks, liver and pasta and semi cooked vegies

Lately my cats have been going though phases where they refuse to eat their "wet" (tin) food. When this happens now i just stop feeding them for a while and they just get dry food and any left overs. One of them also averages two mice a day and i never see any left over mouse bits so maybe that's part of the reason for not eating dinner.

Please do not feed ANY pets tinned food.
Any vet who has the balls to stand up can tell within 30 sec of examination what the pets diet consists of.
Tined food = smelly feces, rotten teeth and sore gums, intestinal complaints etc
Years ago I read a book by a Sydney vet who explained it so well.

We had a sick moggy with the all the above complaints had his diet changed ( reluctantly to start with on his part) to raw meat and dry food. The change in his coat and health was amazing.
Why does yours like mice, cats & dogs have been bred from wild animals, what do they eat,...... not processed crap
here endith the lesson

Yeah I wouldn't argue with that. A lot of the reason my cats won't eat it is probably because they don't need to. They do get small amounts of raw meat and left over cooked meat at least a few times a week depending on what we're having for dinner, and they tend to prefer the dry food to the tin food anyway. Both my cats are quite healthy, one of them weighs around 6.5kg not because he's overweight he's just a big strong cat. The other got hit by a car about 9 months ago and had to have his pelvis pinned back together and is doing quite well now.
