Gudday all,
Just joined and I've got a confession. I'm not that interested in woodwork.....

Please forgive me!! Both my Grandfather and my Father were chippies and I grew up with the sound of circular saws and electric planes. One of the first memories of my Grandfather is kneading the linseed oil based putty for him on a cold morning... A man of few words. You wanted a boat? You built it. You want a shed? You built it. You want a trailer? You built it. Buying was not even a consideration. Bow legged grumpy bugger!! :D:D Everytime I come up to a tricky bit in something I'm putting together I think of him and imagine that he's watching. It helps!!!
BUT!! This forum is an absolute GOLD mine of information about tools and all sorts of stuff! I hope I can contribute in some small way. Hello to you all!
