Both are good the new way well for production work, I can imagine the time taken to create the profile cutters, the copy jig, set up load etc but once done go sit down and be on the forum with cuppa in hand.

Mount those mobile cutters on the end of a chisel blank. Look like pretty good steel :D

All the shavings fall down into a chute that feeds a boiler and in turn generates steam and power for the machine to run. Didn't you see that in the video? :D

PLEASE EXPLAINWould hazard a guess and say that it is a demo machine at some machinery fair.

They normally do not leave much mess as the machine throws the shavings predictably and the have ports for extraction everywhere.

Cornalls spent a fortune on dust and shaving extraction and the place was relatively clean with all their autos working.
