Heya All,

I am Rex, Wollongong, NSW.

I am recovering from spinal fusion surgery (no joke). . .

Woodworking was one of my rehabilitation activities and I 'got the bug' in a HUGE way.

My 'PenRex' site is now online, my wood working pages are at:

http://www.speedlink.com.au/users/penrex/WoodIdeas/WoodIdeas.html

The main site address is:

http://www.speedlink.com.au/users/penrex

For the really REALLY interested, pics of my back xrays (after 2nd round of surgery) are at:

I'd appreciate any feedback concerning my Wood Ideas pages. Thanks. . .

Dear Lord,
May my Woodworking someday aspire
to be as good as my Darts,
and vice-versa. . . .

Glad your rehab has proved positive! My daughter has just graduated as an Occ. Therapist, gets her first job in Tassie, rings up & says guess what I'm doing - running a woodwork shop! Why can't I get a job like that?

I enjoy my woodworking soooo much, because, at least for a short while each day, I am completely pain free while I concentrate on the current piece I am working on.

I pay for it a little while later, but my attitude is - there is nothing worth doing unless there is some price to pay for that privelige (sp?).
