hi does anyone know how to make a jig for the tracks on the toys and joys excavator theres one mentioned in the plans but it dont tell you how to make it thanks in advance

Go to the "Toys and Joys" web site and purchase a set of plans for one of his tracked vehicles. The drawings have track details and how to make them.

I have developed a technique to make the rail (chain) for tracks. It is the over and under style like the actual crawler and not the bicycle style. Contact me and I can give you details...

Here are some pictures of the process I used to create the pieces for my bulldozer ad crawler.
