Lets assume this is a light weight mono hull, which her shape suggests and that you can find a NA to pick up the lines and finish out the details of the hull, rig, accommodations, plumbing, electrical, electronics and drive train. A reasonable value for this might be anywhere from 3% to 8% of the completed vessel. I'd estimate 500 K as a more then rational assessment for a yacht of this class, so a fee of $15,000 to $40,000 shouldn't be a surprise when you get the designer's bill. Actually, this is more then reasonable and likely low, so be careful what you wish for.
