My Box

Hi Guys

I made this box yesterday :D out of that pine looking timber I got from work the stuff they were gonna put in the bin:p. I think I should of just left as a natural look buy lookin at the photos:? I think it turned out ok in the end, I like the grain in it what do you think :?

I like it. Workmanship looks quite good. Never was a fan of stain but to each his/her own.

Dunno, the colour looks ok to me, great grain orientation, all in all a good one, considering its pine. :2tsup:

Even a pine lidded box can look very pretty, nothing wrong with pine !!!!

Thanks for your kind words :D I am not quite sure about the colour I think I should of left it all natural :? but thats what im gonna do with my next one to see how it will turn out :U I like the grain in this pine I think its quite smart and this pine is very good to work with not like the other pine you get from hardware stores and it was FREE:2tsup:
