As I intend going to the show this year I wonder how may are going and would this be an opportunity to meet and have Neil buy us a coffee!
I know it is late October but I am not sure of the dates.

Meet Neil? Sure thing. Buy you lot a cup of coffee? You would have to be joking!!! http://ubb.ubeaut.com.au/ubb/eek.gif I'm as tight as a fishes poop-shoot and that's water tight!!! http://ubb.ubeaut.com.au/ubb/wink.gif

The show is on 27th - 29th October. We will be on stand 8 (that is if I ever get the show fee paid). We are downsizing our stand this year but you will also be able to meet the wonderful Beaut, the primadonna Doorstop and if he's not hanging around, we will be able to tell you where to find that fountain of information the righteous, raucous, riveting, relentless, ratbag, .

Cheers - Neil http://ubb.ubeaut.com.au/ubb/smile.gif

I must say, all you full members carry on like a buch of old women at a bake sale http://ubb.ubeaut.com.au/ubb/rolleyes.gif.
As for the show, I would like to meet some of the people that I have been taking the advice of for the last 6 months (just to make certain I should be taking it). Is stall 8 the Ubeaut stall? All help appreciated.
Cheers,
Gazza.

PS: I'm not buying the coffee either http://ubb.ubeaut.com.au/ubb/tongue.gif

Gooday Gazza.

OLD WOMEN!!!!!!!

Never, we are just a bunch of old farts!

Stand 8 is the Ubeaut stand but I must warn you that after meeting us you will probably take no notice of what we advise. http://ubb.ubeaut.com.au/ubb/wink.gif

What the hell is this pre licking caper. I distinctly said don't put tung oil on the dummies.

The only grapes you will be getting this year are sour grapes. http://ubb.ubeaut.com.au/ubb/tongue.gif

Right again !(when are you ever wrong?)
Sydley WWW was March 17th-19th.
Same dates as Wagga Wagga Turnabout.
Thats why several familiar faces were missing from Wagga!

Newcastle have their big Woodworking & Craft Expo (http://www.ubeaut.com.au/nswhuntr.htm) in July each year. If you haven't heard of that one then you can't possibly live within a bulls roar of Newcastle. It is advertised extensively on TV, radio and in newspapers. Run by Woodturners of the Hunter, it is a major supporter of the Childrens section of the John Hunter Hospital, donating around $40,000 each year.

Not quite as big as Sydney and no where near as big as Melb. but a good show with a large variety of stuff to see and do. We are usually there.

As a rule it is the fortnight before Sydney. However this year Sydney was brought forward because of the Games. Next year Sydney is changed again and will be on 6th - 8th July at Fox Moore Park. Which will mean that Newcastle will probably be moved either forward or back a week. Confused??? http://ubb.ubeaut.com.au/ubb/confused.gif??? I certainly am!
