This computer scam has been going on for a while and today a friend of mine in Brisbane was contacted by these scam artists who tried to persuade her to give remote control to them to enable them to "fix" her computer remotely. She became suspicious and rang me and I told her to have nothing to do with this so called company who lead you to believe it is a Microsoft help service, If you receive a phone call from someone saying they represent Microsoft in any way and offering to "fix" your computer, hang up, it is a scam.
