"She is planked in beautiful tight grained oregon, and has no broken ribs or rot,the hull is tight and floorless for her age.
Fitout needs completion this can be done to your requirements"

I'm hoping the owner meant flawless.

It's not an archer or atkins design. Huon Pine for a soft timber, mahogany or Kauri. I dunno. Looks like an Ingrid 38, but its not. Flawless for age is a statement with two meanings. Any south pacific builds would have used Kauri, This must therefore be some N.American or canadian build, being out of oregon. When it dries, oregon dries very badly. No saying who the designer is. Might even be an ingrid hull with a DIY deck, hull and rig ? I never heard of these hulls in sloops, in ketch yes, but sloop ?

It might well be a Nth American boat but timber gets around. There are fishing boats in Scotland built of Kauri, and speaking of floors, my feet are resting on some very nice Douglas Fir (Oregon) floorboards.
